F28069 Launchpad in CSS is not Debugging

I am trying to debug a sample project from the Control suite. I created my own Target Configuration and configured it as follows:

However, I get the following error when I launch it.

What am I missing?

Hi Andrew,

Check the boot switches first. Are they correctly placed?

Are you referring to the dip switches on the board? How should they be configured?

Thank you so much. The TRST switch was in the down position and after switching it up, I am now able to flash and debug code.
