Unable to program the internal flush-memory processor TMS320F2812 with the built-in CCS 3.3 utility

Can you be a bit more clearer? What software & emulator do you use to dump the code? Also, is this a custom board or a dev board?

I use CCS 3.3.82.13 with integrated utility F28x On-Chip Programmer Flush. Custom board. The processor works well when loading the program into RAM. At the entrance to the utility for firmware flash memory - all controls are locked except unlock the processor. Processor and board new, not used.

Did you try using CCS Uniflash?

No, I do not use this utility. Always use the built-in CCS. Previously, there were no problems

So is it like only this board is not programming and others are? or this is the first board?

Yes, this is a new type of board. Two boards behave identically. On other boards such was not.

I would like you to compare the schematics especially the configuration of boot pins.
