Also, for sample codes C is highly recommended. But depending on your device the same can be suggested.

I have built a program with assembly language source file,and finished the debug configuration (using TI simulator). When I started debugging the target,an error "TMS320F283XX_0: AutoRun: Target not run as the symbol "main" is not defined" stoped me .
