TMS320F28069UPNT ADC Effective Number of Bits

I am considering using the TMS320F28069UPNT in a new design, primarily because of it's integrated USB 2.0 interface and ADC. The datasheet says that the ADC channels have 12 bits of resolution and can run up to 3.46MSPS, but I can't find the information needed to calculate the Effective Number of Bits (ENOB) at the maximum sampling rate; the glossary provides an equation based on the SINAD specification, but this spec is not provided.

My application requires a minimum of 10 bits of ADC resolution, so I need to know if the ENOB for this device is at least 10 bits.
