Nope it does not, a simple reset is enough. Also, in the above figure you're highlighted SPI-A instead SCI-A. Can you please re-confirm the GPIO configuration?

I am sorry,I sure that i use SCI not SPI.GPIO87 Pull up, GPIO86 Pull up, GPIO85 Pull up, GPIO84 Pull down. The same batch of other boards without problems。I want to find the root cause.

Ok... so can you connect the same mcu with JTAG and load the application? You've mentioned the same above but I would like to confirm again.

   I can connect the same mcu with JTAG XDS100V2 and load the application.it can word well.

the board 28335 can normal communication with PC.Amazing, no problems boot configuration mode, SCI communication is no problem, but you can not start by SCI. Only this board have this problem. I worry that other boards will now properly follow a similar problem. Effect of mass production.  thanks

Yup, I can understand and is a very strange behaviour. As you say others are working properly and only this one is troubling you I have a doubt on the mcu itself now. But still unclear! You're the best one to reach to a conclusion.
