Hi,

We are using TMS320F28027DAS Controller and when we are programming the device we are getting the following error.

C28xx: Flash Programmer: Warning: The configured device (TMS320F28027), does not match the
detected device (). Flash Programming operations could be affected. Please consider modifying
your target configuration file.
C28xx: GEL Output:
Device Calibration not complete, check if device is unlocked and recalibrate.C28xx: GEL Output:
Device Calibration not complete, check if device is unlocked and recalibrate.C28xx: GEL Output:

We are not able to unlock the device. The key registers are programmed to all zeros and Password Location (PWL) registers are showing 0X0BAD.

We created a target file for the device and it is getting generated properly.

Please let me know the solution for the same.

Hi,

First of all check your target configuration esp. the debugger and part number. Also, was it getting programmed previously or is this for first time?

We have checked the Target configurations. We are getting this problem when it is programmed for the first time.

It seems that your device is locked and you need to unlock it then. I'm unsure if this is the first trial how the passwords gt programmed. Btw password locations should've 0xFFFF by default.
For unlocking you need to first put the device in Wait mode (check the GPIO boot table for Boot settings), restart and then unlock.
