reset cpu1 before loading cpu2 in CCS6 ?

Hi ,

I am using CCS6 . 

Every time I rebuild my project , I find that I have to reset CPU1 before I can reload CPU2 . 

The error I am experiencing if I dont reset CPU1 :

C28xx_CPU2: Flash Programmer: Unable to acquire the pump semaphore. The other core might still be accessing the pump registers. Operation Cancelled.

C28xx_CPU2: Error setting the GSxMASTERSEL register for Flash operations.

So each time I rebuild CPU2 , do I need to always reset CPU1  ?
