The Concerto F28M35 family of devices has recently had an update to silicon Revision E. Please see the Errata document http://www.ti.com/general/docs/lit/getliterature.tsp?baseLiteratureNumber=SPRZ357 for details of the updates.
Note: It is important to check and install the updates in Code Composer Studio (CCSV5 and CCSV6) and Uniflash (V3.3) to get Flash programming support for Revision E. These Flash programming tools check the silicon revision and hence older versions will not be able to program the flash memory of the new silicon revision. After installing the updates, the version of the TI C2000 Device Support should be 4.1.4.3 or later.
