ACI MOTOR current-loop deviation &frequency response problem

Hello:

I'm now using ACI motor to test current loop(Level4)

            and here's the control result:

            id_ref  0.08        iq_ref 0.01  run at 900rpm (0.6pu for 1pu=1500rpm)

                  for 1pu=60A

                  id_feedback   range from 0.065~0.08~0.095     pu

                  iq_feedback   range from  0.085~0.1~0.115      pu

both id,iq  deviate from ref about +- 1A

It's  +-1A current deviation  acceptable or  what  can  I do  to further decrease the deviation

                  because when I test   iq's frequency-response

by trying different sets of KP KI ,the bandwidth seeems to stuck at 340Hz

and  I wonder  whether +-1A deviation is a problem .

                  Here's motor parameter   use 220V delta-conncect

                  Any suggestion would be appreciated.

  • These oscillations may be due to mismatch in current feedback gain for various phases, or may be due to coupling of bemf of motor inside the loop. To say if variation of +/-1A is a problem, it depends on your application. See if you can lock the rotor and repeat this test at low current references. It may give some clue.

    best regards,
