Hi,

I am currently using Motor control + PFC dev kit TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT (TMS320F28035 control card).

I am using the code from following directiory C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\HVMotorCtrl+PfcKit_v2.1\HVACI_Sensorless_PFC_F2803x

After debugging the above code PFC block gives the 300 VDC which is not sufficient to driver the motor (as per TI documents) In this code i changes only the BASE_VOLTAGE 220,BASE_CURRENT 1 and BASE_FREQ 48 .

Input source is 220 volt AC

As per the documents at the output of PFC block min 350 VDC require .

please anyone tell me what should i do to get the required voltage.

Did you step through the incremental build?

Which build are you working with ? PFC operation will be independent of the motor control operation. So changing those params will not affect PFC

Note that BASE_VOLTAGE is derived based on the hardware design (the resistive dividers), not the specifics of your system.

Also note that the input to the inverter is 350V DC max (not min). Your motor will define what the minimum can be.

Hello Manish Sir,

Currently i am not having that much load so i excluded level 2 and 3A. Now I am working with PFC incremental build level 3B.

Sameer,

My suggestion will be to check build 3A, with res load and see if you get the correct bus voltage.

The bus voltage is regulated by the variable VbusTargetSlewed , you can put this variable in watch window to check it is correct. (it should be 398V/DCMax sense voltage).

If nothing has been changed in the code, the output voltage should regulate as described in 3A build..
