regarding Usage of SPI

Have you downloaded ControlSUITE? This contains all of our example code for the device. You can take them and modify them to your needs. There are some links in my Footer that contain workshop and training material as well.

Adding to Mark's comments, you can find the sample codes for SPI here:
C:\ti\controlSUITE\device_support\f2802x\v230\f2802x_examples_structs

There are 2 versions, one with Interrupts and another without.
C:\ti\controlSUITE\device_support\f2802x\v230\f2802x_examples_structs\spi_loopback
C:\ti\controlSUITE\device_support\f2802x\v230\f2802x_examples_structs\spi_loopback_interrupts

I am not answering the example code.
With example code and Control Card How can I test the code/functionality of SPI.

I am not sure I understand your question.

You can use the example code provided in ControlSUITE. Compile, load, and run the programs on the ControlCard. If you wish to see the SPI signals on a scope, or connect them to an external device, you will have to find which GPIOs you are using and connect them externally.
