TI Solar Library for SRF SPLL

Hi All I have been working on TI Solar Library of SRF SPLL. I am using the TI Note "sprabt4a.pdf" as a reference  for that. I am not able to understand the loop filter part in this module specifically the reason to set the cutoff of 200.0 for ylf[0] in the file SPLL_3PH_SRF_F.c. Can somebody please explain or share the theory that decides this cutoff value? Many TIA.

    Shaunak, 

    Better phrase would be the saturation of ylf is 200.0, 

    Looking back at the code i feel it could be lower as well, this is purely a limit on PI action , you need it to be high so that when you get phase jumps you are able to synchronize fast. 

    However , it was not selected on a mathematical basis..
