28377D USB can't identify I-flash Drive

My customer test the 28377D USB recently , and they can connect the ordinary U flash drive , but when they connect an I-flash Drive, 28377D can't identify.

Hi,

I hope its FAT formatted and not NTFS. Did you check that first? Secondly I doubt on the reliability of the above product!

You mean the DSP only supports NTFS format?In addition,I doubt that dose 28377D supports USB3.0.

Rather the other way round. The USB driver is for FAT file system and not NTFS.

No driver support as of now. Though USB 3.0 being backward compatible should work at USB 2.0 speeds.

Thanks Gautam. I agree 3.0 is compatible with 2.0. But NTFS is not supported by our examples or driver.

Our USB library only supports flash drives via the USB mass storage device class. If the I-flash drive needs a proprietary driver, it won't work.
