Clarke Macro input waveform

Hi there,

I am learning FOC control based on the PM_Sensorless project.

When I tested the Clarke module following the Level2B part of "Sensorless Field Oriented Control of 3-Phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors" doc, the waveform of Clarke module input clark1.Bs is not so smooth as the clark.As signal.

The graph is given below, DualTimeB-1 is Clark1.Bs and the other one is Clark1.As. Is the waveform of Clark.Bs normal?

If not, would you like to give me a favor that what might be the problem?  I am just using the PM_Sensorless example project and no code modified. 

Board: DRV8312EVM(RevD) + F28069 ISO control card(release 0.2).
