Hi,

can anybody help me to convert my electrical PWM signal generated by my controller LM3S9B95 to optical .

I don't quite understand what you mean by 'optical' signal. But I guess photodiode or the photocoupler/optocoupler might help you. Hope this helps you. Good luck.
