TMS320F28027F: Launch pad connection error

I am having a problem with USB connection of TMS320F28027F launch pad. When ever, I try to download code in debug mode, following error occures

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -1135 @ 0x0)
The debug probe reported an error. Confirm debug probe configuration and connections, reset the debug probe, and retry the operation.
(Emulation package 6.0.14.5)

My PC side usb drivers seem fine as follows

TI XDS100ChannelA

TI XDS 100ChannelB

Can anybody pl. inform what might be an issue?

Hello there.

Can you confirm that your S1 position 3 for TRSTn is not in the UP position? If TRSTn is pulled up, the Debugger will be unable to connect.
Do you LEDs light up? can you check the various voltage points on the board to ensure that your device is getting powered up properly?
