TMS320F28379D: multi-day workshop example project of CLA

Could you please tell me exactly what is printed (i.e. part number, date code, etc.) on the F28379D device located near the center of the LaunchPad?

Above the part number is it "TMX320" or "TMS320"

I am able to reproduce the problem that you are experiencing, using the same TMS LaunchPad.  After multiple attempts and using the icons rather than (or together with) the script I can get the lab code to run, but this is not reliable.  I ran the code on the Experimenter Kit with the same exact device that the LaunchPad has (i.e. same date code, lot, etc.) and did not run into any problems.  This makes me think it's more hardware related.  We did have some issues with some LaunchPads with TMX devices, but not with TMS devices.  The TMX LaunchPad have been removed from the system.  I will need a little more time to investigate this further.

Howard,

Could you please try deleting the CCS workspace?  You will need to set the default target again (see Lab 2, step 5).  Then try lab 9 and please let me know what happens.  Do you see the same error message?
