TMS320F28377D: How to trig a CPU interrupt(ADCA1，or TIMER0...) by CLA Coprocessor？

There are PIE interrupts for this in the C28x PIE. You can register your ISR vectors for those interrupts. After a CLA task is complete it will trigger a C28x interrupt.

however，the time at the end of CLA-Coprocessor to the beginning of ISR_ADC is about one us according to EPWM.TBCTR，I mean this time is too long，but why？

No the time between the CLA end of task interrupt to C28x FPU interrupt flagging is very quick, you will have 7 cycles for the interrupt registry and then ~15 cycles for the context save and to the first usable instruction on the C28x code.

You mentioned you are referring to EPWM register value for the timing determination, i would highly recommend a GPIO toggle scheme to check this so there are no stopping etc. of the EPM time base
