Hello.

I am using tms320f28377s chip.

I want to know what happens when power is shut off during flash ROM or RAM programming.

And is there any comments about this issue in the datasheet?

Additionally, is the DSP(tms320f28377s) reusable again in this case?

Uiseok,

Below copied from TRM:

If there is a loss of power or a reset of any nature during the flash programming operation,

there is high probability of some (or possibly all) of the 128 bits in the corresponding 128-bit

aligned address getting corrupted. If this happens while programming the password locations

in USER OTP, the passwords may get corrupted.
