the gpio output voltage is +3.3 v . i need to control a mosfet thorugh gate driver. it required 5 volt. i want to know the current capability of TMS320F28335 Experimenter Kit so that an interface can be used to shift the voltage level from 3.3 v to 5 v.

The GPIO pins can do up to 20mA. You need 5V signal to drive the FETs. You need to use a level shifter, and so I dont think the current capability of the GPIOs matter in that case.

Tauquir,

Do note that 20mA is the maximum current before the device is expected to suffer permanent damage.

Within the normal recommended operating conditions, the pin should only be allowed to sink 4- or 8-mA:

can i use www.ti.com/.../sn74lv1t34.pdf is a level shifter from 3.3 v to 5 v for TMS320F28335 Experimenter Kit ?

I don't see anything that would disqualify it from working with the F28335.
