For TMS320F28004xRSH package VREGENZ is not pinned out, so how do you enable the internal voltage regulator or is that option not available on RSH package?

Scott,

On this package, VREGENz is tied to zero internally. You do also have the option of using the on-board DC-DC switching regulator for 1.2 V.

On 56 pin RSH:
Internal 1.2 V LDO Voltage Regulator (VREG) - Supported
Internal 1.2 V Switching Regulator (DC-DC) - Supported
External 1.2 V input - Not Supported
