The test bench set-up for our motor control activities are realized with TI High Voltage Motor Control and PFC Developer's Kit (TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT) and TMS320F28035 MCU. The Motor used is PMSM from ESTUN motors - EMJ-04APB22. Our area of interest is the FOC speed control of the PMSM motor.
We are trying to run the motor using example projects available in the mathworks website. The program, we use to flash is 'c28035pmsmfochvkit_ert' available in the following link.
When the program is run in external mode in MATLAB, the code generated is flashed to the MCU only at random trials and at other times an error is generated. The only change that was made to the program from our end was the addition of two or three scope blocks.The screenshot of the error message is attached herewith for reference. When the program uses sensored algorithm, then even when the code is flashed, the motor does not run, the simulation runs on the PC in real time (the desired speed is not zero). The motor runs when the code gets flashed in case of sensorless algorithm.
Kindly look into the issue and suggest rectification.
