When will the latest EMU pack with CCS support LAUNCHXL-F280049C?

    The February 2019 EMUPack release will contain a working driver for the XDS110/cJTAG emulator on the LAUNCHXL-F280049C. Customer can continue to use the EMU pack references as the fix if desired, but updating to the February release will also work as expected.
