TMS320F28377S: pcb design information for 337 nFBGA

Hi,

Is there any documentation how to implement a 337 nFBGA on a PCB.

I don't need all the connection can it be done in a 4 layer PCB.

Suggested fanout of all the signals

Placement of decouples capacitors

Routing power planes.
