TMS320F28374S: JTAG Daisy Chain

1.Is it possible to debug with daisy chain connection of three TMS320F28374S MCUs?

Yes, it is possible.

2.If yes, are there any reference design as daisy chain connection? 

I am referring below URL, But I don't know how to connect because TMS320F28374S does not have EMUpin.

Which URL you are using? You can refer below video to understand how to do this in CCS. It's for different device but the concept is same.

EMU pin is don't care.

For your information, I am using XDS510, and I want to connect three TMS320F28374S MCUs by daisy chain.
