Hi everyone. I'm using fir16 module on sprc082 library downloaded from this site. I don't understand if I have to create, in order to filter with the same coefficients two differents variables, two different memory sectors for these variables. More specifically, could I create a memory section...

Max, I currently have FIR and IIR working version in both 16 and 32 bit. Now I am documenting them. We don't have floating point version of optimized IIR filter library at this time. If you really want to implement it in floating point. You can use C to do that. -Yu Cai

I am using the F28335 chip. I looked for iir and fir filters and found some for the C2000 but they are written for integer math. My questions are: 1) Is there a library for the C2000 chips with floating point support? 2) If not and I need to use the integer versions, for iir32, do I need to scale...

I am using the TMS320F28335 DSP in a digital equalizer design. I have no issues with the A/D and the D/A portion of the project. However, Im unsure on how to approach implementing an IIR or FIR filter on the microcontroller. I have no issue designing these on matlab but have never attempted to implement...

Me and an associate are in the process of designing and implementing a digital equalizer on a C2000 DSP. We currently are using a TI Audio CODEC to perform the A/D and D/A conversions, and utilizing an LCD- Resistive Touch Screen to provide a GUI to control the EQ. However, we have reached a fundamental...
