Testing boostxldrv8301_revB and Launchpad FOC sanity

I have evaluating motor control module with C2000 FOC launchpad and boostdrv8301. Since yesterday
i am seeing wrong results for tuning BLDC motor. I am seeing huge current drawn when the kit is
doing Motor identification also the result are hugely wrong. Voltage also drops from 20 to
less than 10 sometimes on my regulated power supply. I could see the motor is able
to execute at higher speeds with older determined motor parameters. At lower speeds there
are huge jerks and current goes berserk.
Any pointers on what could go wrong and how to fix it.
