where can I download GUI for motorware_14

I get a problem with used Gui.  it show  "load program ; null"

where is it .out file ?   if it working though the web from ti.com ?  how can I use it at local place?

 

Per the documentation (QSG) you need to build any MotorWare project to use as the .out for the Universal GUI. In fact, it's easier just to import the GUI into CCS --> GUI Composer and use as you're debugging in CCS.
