I am Confused regarding the selection of Launchpad from TI ,Piccolo/Defilio

My main aim is to Control an 7KW ACIM Motor or May be a PMSM (100v above) The system is to be used for EV Purpose.So I have to consider the following Properties-

High Efficiency

Larger starting Torque.

Flat Efficiency over large range

are some of my Key features that I have to keep important.

Im using piccolo F28027 Launchpad, i think it is sufficient for starting up.

Does the Piccolo(LAUNCHXL-F28069) Support F.A.S.T Algorithm ?How Much Efficiency we can get from the TI Picocolo Algorithm If we load the Module with the 7 KW ACIM Motor

LAUNCHXL-F28069M supports InstaSPIN-FOC (sensorless control using the FAST algorithm) as well as InstaSPIN-MOTION (primarily sensored velocity/position control).

We do not offer 7 KW inverters, so you will have to build your own following the design guidelines in SPRUHJ1

this is useful in induction machines which often have low or partial loads being applied. in the field tests done it beat leading drives by nearly 50% and over 80% vs. triac controls.
