CCS/LAUNCHXL-F28069M: Motor not starting using Lab11e

Could you post some current waveform to show the failed case? And you might check below setting in your projects.
1. If the hall or is properly related to gHall_PwmIndex[].
2. Set gHall_Flag_CurrentCtrl to "false"
3. Tune the gHall_speed_FastToBldc_low_pu and gHall_speed_BldcToFast_high_pu, and keep enough hysteresis between these two value.
4. Tune gHall2Fast_Spd_Coef, gHall2Fast_Iq_coef and gHall2Fast_Ui_coef based on the motor and load.

The motor which we are using has hall sequence as "4, 6, 2, 3, 1, 5, 4, 6" .

By replacing

"uint16_t gHall_PwmIndex[8] = {4, 1, 5, 6, 3, 2, 4, 1};"

with

"uint16_t gHall_PwmIndex[8] = {4, 6, 2, 3, 1, 5, 4, 6};"

the motor doesn't rotate but only vibrates and also the current keeps on increasing.

Do I need to make changes in "HALLBLDC_Ctrl_PwmSet(uint16_t PwmState, _iq PwmDuty)" ?

And these are the two current waveforms ,

Note : As our motor is low inductance motor the FOC current waveform in not smooth.

Are their any method or calculation to Tune gHall2Fast_Spd_Coef, gHall2Fast_Iq_coef and gHall2Fast_Ui_coef.

How do I get proper commutation sequence for my motor. I referred below blog post :

You might run the motor using instaSPIN-FOC first, to check the hall signal to define the correct gHall_PwmIndex[] that is very important to run the motor with hall sensor.

gHall2Fast_Spd_Coef, gHall2Fast_Iq_coef, and gHall2Fast_Ui_coef depend on the motor speed and loading, you might select a right value based on the system, these parameters are not critical, just impact the running or switching performance.
