Hello,

We are trying to use SFRA library without GUI. We use CLA module to generate duty so we call SFRA_F_COLLECT and SFRA_F_INJECT within CLA isr (after execute CLA task). We execute SFRA_F_BACKGROUND every 1ms.

This is what we see in SFRA1 register:

start bit = 1

status is never bigger than 2

freqIndex = 0 (it is not increasing)

Is there any place where we can find the meaning of status bit? What reasons could cause freqIndex not increasing.

Hello,

We are trying to understand the module so we have called SFRA_F_INJECT with parameter = 0 (SFRA_F_INJECT(0)).
We guess that INJECT should return a sin signal but the obtained values are these:

What version of the lib are you using , and where from ?

Are you using the TMU version ?

Hello Manish,

We are using SFRA_FTMU_Lib.lib de SFRA_v1_20_00_00 from Control Suite.

We had allocated FPUTABLES in our command file but that was wrong. It seems that in 28075 we don't have to allocate FPUTABLES. Could you confirm this? Now when we execute SFRA_F_INJECT(0) we get a sin signal.

Anyway, SFRA_F_COLLECT keeps not working. We execute it but Plant_MagVect, Plant_PhaseVect, OL_MagVect, OL_PhaseVect arrays are 0.

This may help. We have seen that sin signal frequency is constant. It doesn't change with time.

If you are using TMU version, you do not need the FPU tables.

Make sure TMU option is enabled under processor settings under project options in CCS,

This libs have been added:
rts2800_fpu32_fast_supplement.lib
SFRA_F_Lib.lib

We have these settings:
--float_support=fpu32
--tmu_support=tmu0
--fp_mode=relaxed

Do we need something else?

1. SFRA_F_Lib.lib does not use TMU, in this case you will need to allocate some space for the FPUtables, they are not in ROM.

2. You could use SFRA_F_TMU Lib and that will use TMU, in that case FPU tables are not used.

I will higly recommend you run your experiement, on a known good piece of code we have several examples that use this lib, the one that use F28377 will be very close to F28075

I will recommend looking at the example i pointed to above, and repeating your test case on that.

Also you may want to create a variable and pass by value the variable, instead of a constant.

It should not make a difference, but I have never passed constants, so this will be a suggestion to try

(SFRA_F_INJECT(var)).

Also make sure your SFRA_DATA is in a memory that is consistent with SFRA usage. i.e. on SFRA we use direct adressing which means the memory needs to such that it fits in 16bit address

you can ensure this by assiging SFRA_DATA in LS0 or LS1
