Datasheet of TMS570LS3137 mentioned 1000 flash erase-write cycles maximum. Is it really so small number of cycles ?

    Hello,

Currently  this is what we specify for main data banks. Note that the limit is much higher for EEPROM banks.

But we are currently reviewing these and may increase in future.

    Regards.

    Hello,

I noticed that EEPROM region of flash has 100x higher number of rewrites but this region is much smaller than "ordinary" flash.

    However thanks for your answer.
