Dear Sir and Madam,

I have a question reffering the Stellaris LM3S6965 Microcontroller.

It is possible to display the preamble of an Ethernet Frame with this controller? Do you have any further information how to get an -whole- EthernetFrame for debugging an connection for example? Does the preamble always be cutted off? (Also at others controllers?)

In the datasheet there is the information the the preamble is cutted off when a Frame is recieved. Can I avoid this?

Best regards

Jan

    Hi Jan,

There is no way to get the preamble information with this Ethernet controller.

Also, please be aware that we don't yet have a forum on the TI web site for Stellaris devices.  In the meantime, please use www.luminarymicro.com/forums for assistance.

    Regards,

    Sue
