TMDX470MF066HDK SPI Clock
I have set FMzPLL = 80 MHz = VCLK
The VCLK2R = 0 so peripheral clock should be VCLK/2 = 40 Mhz. But when I measure the SPI data bit SPI2, the bit waveform as below, the bit rate is only 1 Mhz. Why the transfrom is 80:1?
The SPI bit transfer rate is determined by VCLK and the prescale value in SPIFMT register.
If Prescale is 0: the SPI clock is VCLK/2
If Prescale is 39, the SPI clock is VCLK/40
Thanks your advice.
But I did a FMzPLL test yesterday and set the final PLL out to 200MHz, the eval board suddenly lost the link between computer. I tried to reload the program, but failed even if I used the demo software to do. The error message is as below:
How to recover the IC and reset to the original status?
1. open norFlash
2. Check "Erase" command, and select "TIXDS100V2" emulator
3. Execute the norFlash
4. While the JTAG is connecting the device, please press "RESET" button on board then release it quickly
5. norFlash should erase the flash correctly.
I tried as you said. The error as below:
I have press RST. I am not sure when is the correct time of JTAG connected. I tried many times and get the same error.
Give me a phone call at 281-274-3762.
