could not read cp15

hello,

Im work on MCBTMS570 and y trying to download a program into the memory flash but  I have the following problems/

Could not read CP15

 - ERROR: Could not start CPU core. (ErrorCode: -1)

I can see on my board led1 and led4 turn on  FT1_error and  ft2 error , I don't know how to solve these problems
