We can use the RAMSERRADDR register to tell us the address of a single bit error that was corrected by SECDED. Is there any way for the software to tell us the bit position of the error? (which bit flipped?)

No, the TMS570LS20216 calculates the ECC in the R4 which does not make the bit position available. Sorry for the delayed response.
