Our wanted to doublecheck

-what is the latest version of the Hercules board RM48L952 schematics and errata?

- Are there any discrepencies in the schematic(which was not updated) and the actual TI Hercules board?  We found a few (i.e., SRAM part, etc.), but is there a list? 

- We want to use ETM trace. But what are the connectors used for for on Hercules for J19 (MIPI Connector), J12 DIMM Connector, and RTP Connector? Or can our JTAG be used also for ETM trace and we do not need to use these other connectors for anything?

    - I think so. The board itself it is printed PCB 419728 Rev E (we bought several boards, but I believe they are all Rev E).

    -The schematics stated it was a RM48L950ZWT, but we bought the RM48L952 and on the physical board the part is stamped with RM48L952.  What are the differences between the 950 vs 952 part?

    - another example, the RM48L952 datasheet states that terminal w13 is NC. But on the schematic it is label " RESERVED_AD2EVT"

    - After the connector questions from original post, how do we test the trace? Is there a special connector an device we need to purchase in addition to use the trace port on the Hercules?

    - what is this circuit doing in schematic (screen shot below) for example on datasheet V4 is NC but below screenshot of TI schematic it is connected to GND.  Also, why s U2 connected to GND on schematic but on datasheet for RM48L952 it is shown as supposed to be connected to TEST

    Hello,

    The part on the board is RM48L952ZWT. 952 and 950 have the same package, and the same pin out. The only difference between them is the CPU speed: 220Mhz for 952, and 200Mhz for 950. I created one part symbol and footprint for both parts for the schematics and PCB layout. W13 should be NC. W13 is used for AD2EVT, and V4 is used as GND in other device (connect NC pins to GND doesn't affect the functionality). I will update the schematics. It is safe to connect TEST pin to GND via a resistor if you don't use this pin.
