I need clarification regarding PWM signal generation in RM48L952. I configured HET1 and HET2 for different duty cycle with same time period of 5000000 micro seconds. but i cant able to generate PWM signals while configuring both HET1 and HET2 at the same time. i can able to use either HET1 or HET2 only at a time. is RM48L952 limited to generate only 8 PWM signals at same time.

Hi Manjunathan,

It should be possible to configure both HETs at the same time. Have you confirmed that it works correctly when only one HET is configured?
What exactly happens when you configure both HET1 and HET2 together? Do they both fail to produce outputs?

If only HET2 fails to produce an output, it could be because of your PINMUX configuration. Some pins in HET2[8,10,12,14,16,18](these are coincidentally the PWM output pins in HALCoGen) are muxed with HET1 pins. You can find these conflicts in the PINMUX tab after selecting both HET1 and HET2. Please make sure you deselect the HET1 pins to remove the conflict.
