Error while downloading HET IDE

I Find the below error while downloading the HET IDE from spnc016.zip folder. Can anybody suggest on this.

    What is the error?

    Hi Jean-Marc,

    I downloaded the same file from the link: http://www.ti.com/tool/het_ide

    First it tried to download SynaptiCAD, extracted the files properly, showed the above error, which I posted earlier.

    and the HET IDE is not installed. Only Wavefrom Pro and some datasheet Pro is installed.

    Anyway, I will try again with the .exe provided by you.

    Hello Jean-Marc,

      I get the below error when I try to debug the unexpected error I get during installation. Do I need to connect any debugger for installation?

    Please suggest.

    Sai,

    I haven't see that error before - and searching on it most posts mention that it's usually due to a problem in the .NET framework.

    You might try uninstalling / reinstalling .net. as a lot of the posts suggest. 

    When you installed Synapticad - did you check any of the boxes for the USB hardware Lock or the FlexLM?  if yes, please try without checking these boxes.

    The HET IDE is installed *before* synapticad - so if you got as far as the synapticad installer the HET IDE should be installed or there should

    be an indication that it's install failed.

    Another thing that would be helpful:  In the HET IDE setup window,  you can click the 'Details' button and you'll see greenish text like this:

    If you right- click on the green/black area and choose 'Copy Details to Clipboard' then past the details into a forum post, we can see what the installer tried to do and if there were any errors at a specific step.

    Hello Jean-Marc and Anthony,

            Thanks for your support. I can now install the HET IDE and open it.

    You were right Anthony, the problem was actually with the .Net Framework and also some Privileges related issue.

    But the "debugger not found" message disappeared when I removed the CCS Debugger, while installing this. Not sure, how this is related.
