Does TPS65381 only work in conjunction with TL7700 IC?
Can’t the IGN pin be driven direct from the supply to turn the device on?

We saw the same problem with the control cards that have the TPS65381. Just applying 5V isn't enough to make it recognize IGN on.

For now, my problem has been solved. There was just a problem with the power supply connections to the circuit.
Thank you for these pieces of information. If I have any question about the power management chip, I'll start a new thread in that forums.
