I don't really understand the problem.  It sounds like you are saying that the tasks of the RTOS don't run well,  and for that reason you'd like to use a different RTI comparator to trigger your tasks?

Seems a bit like working against the OS.    (i.e. maybe not the right idea).

What do you mean specifically by:    

"I can't  adjust the sw  run well. Most time the tasks in the os can't run."

- What are you adjusting?

- What is the criteria you are using to judge 'running well' or 'tasks can run'?

I find the answer and sloved the problem.
I init the rti module twice , the os cofiger for rti cover up the former setting .
