I am not sure I understand your question. If the question is how to handle the devices without damaging the pins, we use vacuum pencils. If this is not your question, would you please try to rephrase and ask again.

the pins I'm not using (for example: PIN A3、K19、A9、A14...）
pull hi or ground or NC?

The unused input pins have internal pull-up or pull-downs implemented. You may either leave them unconnected, or add an external pull-up or pull-down (same direction as the internal).
A3 - N2HET1[29] - pull-down
K19 - N2HET1[28] - pull-down
A9 - N2HET1[27 - pull-down
A14 - N2HET1[26] - pull-down
