Source access to F021 Flash API LIbrary for Safety Critical codebase

I've read on other posts on this forum that I should work with my TI Sales Representative for source code access to the F021 Flash API Library for safety critical applications.  I've been requesting this with my TI Sales Representative now since 9/23/16 and i've not received access and I've gotten no status on my request since 9/28.  This despite sending regular requests for updates.   

Since i'm not getting engagement on this from my TI Sales Representative, is there someone else I can work with?  Is there some escalation path to get this request looked at and acted on?
