TMS570LC4357: What is the difference between these two Trace Tools mentioned at ti.com

Hello Support,

In order to capture Instruction/System Trace Log file, I find there are two tools mentioned in the TI Website.

Can you please elaborate about the difference between these two tools?

I am assuming both the tools can be connected to the target device using TI-14 Pin connector which is available on the target board.

If not, please let me know what need to happen on the target board side in order to use the above mentioned tools.
