Compiler/TMS570LS0432: Wake up from sleep mode

Hello Indrajit,

Please make sure you have idle the Cortex-R4 core after disabling the clock domain and clock source etc.

asm( " WFI"); //Wait For Interrupt (WFI) instruction
asm( " NOP"); //after wake-up, will start from this line

And make sure the GIO interrupt has been set to as wake up source. For example:
//Wakeup Interrupt: GIO and CAN1
vimREG->WAKEMASKSET0 = (0x1 << 9); //GIOA0/1 INT

Like if i am using gpio interrupt to wake up then what will be inside isr (gioNotification function )

After wake up, PC will point to the next instruction of WFI.

please check whether i am correct or not

After sleep mode it will start executing that "NOP" instruction and then program flow will start next to sleep() function .

And inside ISR there should not be anything .

Yes, after wake-up, it starts executing the "NOP" instruction following the "asm ( " WFI")" instruction, then returns to the function which called sleep().

It only generates a WAKE_INT and doesn't run the GIO ISR.
