TMS570LS1224: Flash programming failure

After having called Fapi_initialzeFlashBanks successfully, selected bank 0, and unprotected all sectors, I get flash programming errors using the programming sequence described in §3.2.2 of SPNA148 (Advanced F021 Flash API Erase/Program Usage). The operation fails with value 0x00001010 in FMSTAT.

This has been observed on a TMS570LS1224 and a TMS570LS0432.

Can you please provide a list of possible causes for this?

Hello Daniel,

If you want to erase or program any sector in bank0 flash, you execute your flash API related code in SRAM.
