TMS570LC4357: Documentation in Texas Website

Part Number: TMS570LC4357
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS570LS3137, TMS570LS0332

Hello,

We have received thanks to alert notifications (in February 18, 2018), a mail indicating that several documentation were added for the TMS570LC4357 (user guide, application note, errata, datasheet, etc...).

In the TMS570LC537 WebSite it seems that all the documentation added is not addressed to the TMS570LC4357.

Could you confirm this is a mistake and the problem will be corrected ?

or

Could you identify clearly what documentation is addressed for the TMS570LC4357 ?

Best regards,

Christopher.

  • Hello,

This also applies to the TMS570LS3137 and TMS570LS0332.

    Thanks, Charlie Johnston

  • Hello Christopher and Charlie:

I am not aware of any updates to any of the aforementioned documents. I do know that there are some efforts that are ongoing to make some changes to document associations and I see some odd content on the product pages that does not seem to belong. I believe this is the source of the notifications, but I will have to confirm with our digital team and our documentation team.
  • Hello Christopher and Charlie,

I have received feedback on the reported issue. Our web team is doing some work on the document associations for the Hercules product line and during this process, all documents were associated with each product part number. This caused the alert to be sent our due to the perceived addition of the 'new' documents. We are working diligently to correct the issues with the associations so that documents are properly paired with their associated part numbers. While this effort is going on, you may still receive further notifications of changes. We are posting notification of this issue on the top level of the E2E so the broader customer base can be made aware as well. In the mean time, know that we are not currently posting any updates to our documents while the web pages are in their current state of upheaval and we will notify via either a separate post at the top level of the E2E or an update to it when the situation has been resolved and document update notices can once again be valid.
  • Hi Chuck,

    Thanks for looking into this.

    Charlie

  • Hi Chuck,

The links have been corrected for the three MCUs mentioned above.

    Thanks, Charlie Johnston
