Hello Sreenivasan,

CCSv8.0 is technology SW publicly available (TSPA) compliant. This means that it does not require a paid license. The driver fof XDS200 USB along with CCS doesn't not require license either.

4188.error.txtHi Wang,

Tried to generated the build using the same command as it was used by CCS8 through command line and got error while linking.
It says -O is not supported on windows 64 bit system.
Please find the attachment for the error.

Please note that you could get faster answers on questions related to development tools (compiler/linker/debugger/Webench) using the e2e support forum dedicated to development tools: e2e.ti.com/.../

For this specific post, can you post the complete command you executed on the command line to get the error? Are you trying to enable a particular optimization level?

Hi Sunil,

We executed the following command from the debug directory:
gmake -k -j 4 all -O
This doesn't work.
But, when we execute gmake -k -j 4 all, we are getting the error which was attached in previous post.

There are no changes either in optimization level or in makefile or linker file.
