Hello Ken,

Yes, the data can be downloaded to MCU flash through CAN/UART/Ethernet bootloader. But the bootloader itself has to be programmed to MCU flash through JTAG.

Those bootloaders can be found in ti.com, For example:

Hello Ken,

For CAN, you can use any baudrate to download to download the code, but upto 1Mbps (CAN protocol).
For ethernet, we support both 10Mbps and 100Mbps.
