As I already mentioned in other thread, you can replace HALCoGen TI-FEE files with MCAL TI FEE files and make sure you are configuring parameters as in ti_fee_cfg.h file.  This should make the project work.

I cannot provide the MCAL FEE instance project on E2E as MCAL is not available on ti.com.

I'd like to check which package do you use. There are two packages for LS0714 device: 100 pin PZ package, and 144 pin PGE package. The PGE package supports up to 144MHz, but PZ package is upto 100Mhz.
